Lead generation · Funnel design, qualification, CRM handoff

Lead generation consultant focused on qualified pipeline, not form fills

Generating more leads is easy and usually counterproductive. Lower the friction far enough and volume rises while quality collapses, and sales quietly stops working the list.

The engagement builds a funnel that produces leads worth calling, and a measurement layer that shows which sources produce revenue rather than which produce submissions.

Experience includes

When lead generation needs rebuilding

The clearest signal is a growing gap between what marketing reports and what sales experiences.

What I build

Funnel design

Offers matched to buying stage, so a first-time visitor is not asked for a sales call and a ready buyer is not sent an ebook.

Qualification logic

What makes a lead worth sales time, agreed with sales and encoded in the form, the scoring and the routing.

Landing pages and forms

Message match, friction where it earns its place, and field choices made deliberately.

Why it matters: every field is a trade between volume and qualification, and it should be a choice.

CRM handoff and routing

Automatic assignment, SLA on response time, and a status model sales will actually maintain.

Nurture

Sequences that address the real reasons buyers stall, rather than a schedule of reminders.

Source-to-outcome measurement

Value import so bidding optimises toward leads that close, not leads that are cheap.

What changes

Sales works the list, because the list is worth working.

Acquisition budget follows closed revenue rather than form submissions.

Response time stops being a source of avoidable loss.

Directional. Close rates depend on your offer and your sales team as much as on the leads.

How the work runs

01

Define qualified

Input: CRM outcomes and a conversation with sales.
Output: a written definition both teams accept.

02

Map the funnel

Action: identify where intent is created and where it leaks.
Output: a prioritised list of leaks.

03

Rebuild capture

Action: landing pages, forms and offers matched to stage.
Output: capture that qualifies as it converts.

04

Automate handoff

Action: routing, scoring, SLA and CRM hygiene.
Output: no lead waiting on a person to notice it.

05

Close the loop

Action: import outcomes back into the ad platforms.
Output: optimisation toward revenue.

Optimising toward form fills reliably produces more form fills

Ad platforms are very good at finding more of whatever you tell them to find. Tell them to find form submissions and they will find people who submit forms — which is a different population from people who buy.

The highest-leverage change in most lead generation accounts is not creative or targeting. It is importing qualified-lead and closed-deal values from the CRM so the optimisation target is the one that matters.

Who this fits

Best suited for

Probably not the right fit if

Questions this usually raises

Configuration yes; deep custom development usually needs a developer, and I specify exactly what is required.

Sometimes, deliberately. Fewer fields raise volume and lower average quality; the right balance depends on whether your constraint is pipeline or sales capacity.

Yes. Rebuilding is a recommendation, not a precondition.

Routing and response-time fixes show quickly. Optimisation toward closed revenue needs a full sales cycle before the data means anything, and I will say so rather than declare victory early.

Generate leads sales actually wants

If the monthly lead number is healthy and the revenue number is not, the funnel is optimising for the wrong thing.
